- Tenants must take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. If the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition the owners reserve the right to charge the occupants the full cost of the extra cleaning required.
- Tenants must pay for any losses or damage to the property, or excessive use of electricity, gas or water. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
- If for any reason beyond the owner’s control (e.g. fire damage) the apartments are unavailable for the dates booked, all rent paid in advance by clients will be refunded but the client shall have no further claim against the owners.
- If there are any problems with the property, tenants are advised to contact the owners immediately, so it may be attended to. Complaints cannot be rectified after the property has been vacated.
- The twenty percent deposit is non-refundable, the balance being due four weeks before the tenancy is due to start *COVID excepted
- Letting commences at 3pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
- Cancellation insurance is not included but you are advised to make arrangements.
- Please note that pets are not allowed.
